The Nevada State Museum in Carson City offers a distinctive location for your special event. Museum facilities are available for use five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Available Monday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Sunday 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with limited daytime use
Maximum capacity: 120 people
Maximum 90 folding chairs or 14 eight-foot tables
Food and beverages restricted and subject to approval
Loftin Park
$50.00 per hour
Available 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday
Maximum capacity: 100 people
Tables, chairs, and equipment restricted to designated areas
Food and beverages not allowed in Museum
Restrooms available at the north end of the Dema Guinn Concourse
The museum or facility users cannot control use of the park by citizens not affiliated with the event

Security Fee: $35.00 per hour
